Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a seller or using Hapify as a customer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Role of Hapify

Hapify is a multi-vendor platform that connects sellers with customers. While we perform an initial fact check on sellers during registration, Hapify does not assume responsibility for the conduct, products, or reliability of any seller.

3. Transactions and Payments

• • Hapify does not interfere with or take responsibility for any payments or transactions between sellers and customers.
• • All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. Any issues regarding payment, refunds, or disputes should be resolved directly between the involved parties.

4. Account Registration and Fees

• • Sellers must create an account to post their products. No initial registration fee is required, but Hapify reserves the right to introduce a registration fee in the future.
• • Payment methods and/or a commission on orders may be introduced in the future. These changes will be communicated via updates to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the products they list on Hapify.

6. Content Management and Violations

• • Hapify reserves the right to update, remove, or modify any content on the platform that is deemed inappropriate, false, or misleading.
• • Hapify may take necessary actions, including banning users who violate our rules or act against the platform's standards.

7. Third-Party Services

Hapify may contain links to third-party services or websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services independently.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. By using Hapify, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hapify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including any disputes between buyers and sellers.
